At GMS, people are our greatest asset. The GMS
approach is rooted
in the belief that the team is greater than the sum of the successes
and contributions of the individual team members. Solid character
and
high integrity are the paramount factors in team member selection.
GMS is known for its boundless energy, enthusiasm, teamwork and
outstanding results. Our behavior reflects our belief in the principle
of
servant leadership. Our unique culture encourages team members to
serve and encourage each other. The belief that team members are
responsible for motivating themselves and their teammates is
fundamental. At GMS, continuous skill development is a daily imperative.
We invest in our people to provide personal and professional growth
experiences to help them unleash their true potential and perform
at
unparalleled levels.
Our culture is unique in that it embraces a passionate belief in the
value
of teaming, empowerment and accountability. At the individual level,
performance excellence is the norm. However, teamwork, collaboration
and cooperation are valued to an even greater extent. The ultimate
proof of the importance we place on teaming is that our compensation
plan is based on the premise of team goals and team rewards.
This extraordinary compensation choice, embraced by all GMS
employees, eliminates the traditional turf conflict that
hobbles ordinary
sales organizations. |
